How do I pay for my vehicle?
You can pay cash on the day, via your credit or debit card or online transfer.
How far in advance can I book my transport ?
All online bookings should be made at least 24hrs before the journey is going to take place. For transport required within 24hrs please call us on the telephone number provided to confirm availability.
Are the prices per passenger or per vehicle?
All our charges are per vehicle and not per passenger. This is based on the transfer itself and vehicle.
Do you charge extra if my flight is delayed.
If you provide a flight number, you will not be charged extra if your flight is delayed as we monitor flight arrivals at all UK airports. You will only be charged if there is a delay of over an hour of your flight landing, as this incurs additional car parking costs which are not covered by the standard transfer cost.
Please make sure you provide your flight number to the booking operator to ensure we can operate in this way.
How will I find my driver at the airport?
All our drivers will be given your contact information and will meet you with a personalised name board in the arrivals section or arranged meeting point.
Are your drivers qualified?All drivers working for our company are fully qualified and registered with the local licensing authority, they also have an additional NVQ qualification in driving standards and disability awareness.
Do you take on company contracts?
Yes we do take on company contracts, please fill in our contact form and we will get back to you within 24hrs.
Wheelchairs are welcome and fit comfortably in the boots of the cars, please do make us aware of this when booking.
